Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Requirements
As per regulation of IDRA (available in the website: http://www.idra.org.bd)
- Proven experience as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in any reputed Non-life insurance company will get preference.
- Additional MDs having at least 2 years in that position with huge Marketing Experience are also encouraged to APPLY .
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, Finance, Business Control , Claims & Reinsurance and IT etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and management practices
- Analytical abilities as well as excellent communication skills.
Education: Master’s in any discipline. ( No 3rd Class is allowed )
Experience:
- At least 12 years of Experience in Non-life Insurance Company
- At least 02 years as Additional Managing Director
